2022 Memorandum of understanding (MOU)

Over 300 community members and elected officials attended the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board hearing (online and in-person) to vote “NO” on the Memorandum on Understanding (MOU). Unfortunately, the MOU was passed, certifying the Settlement Agreement to leave 90-95% of the contaminated soil at the Santa Susana Field Lab.
